You’ve probably been to a lot of weddings, but chances are, you’ve never been on the planning side of one.
Which means you’ve likely never had to hire a wedding photographer before.
And that’s totally okay.
You’re actually in the right place. Let’s walk you through what you can expect.
01. Phone Call
We’ll begin with a call or a kopi/coffee catch-up. This is just a chance for us to talk about you, your wedding, your ideas, and what you’re looking for — no pressure, no rush.
02. Proposal
After our chat, I’ll send over full galleries and a breakdown of my collections and pricing. Once you’ve chosen the collection that suits you best, your date will be reserved for 48 hours while we confirm everything.
03. Contract
Once you’re ready, we’ll sign the contract and settle the invoice. After that, I’ll send over a get-to-know-you questionnaire and my Wedding Guide — filled with sample timelines and helpful tips to guide you along.
05. Wedding Day
On the day itself, you can relax and be present. I’ll be there to document everything as it unfolds — the big moments, the quiet in-betweens, and all the emotions in between — while keeping things running smoothly and on time.
04. Wedding Prep
I’m here to help you fine-tune your timeline, ease the stress, and lock in all the details — no ghosting, just clear communication all the way.
06. Delivery
Within 60 days of your wedding, you’ll receive your full gallery — ready for you to relive your day all over again.
